Concerning Autographs?
You can get some autographs through the mail by sending a fan letter asking for an autograph and an envelope that is already stamped an addressed to you for them to send it back in. I have gotten several autographs through the mail this way. If you do a google search on getting autographs through the mail, you will find many site that will give you advice on how to get these. If you have a chance to get an autograph in person, than go for it. Good luck at collecting autographs!!!...

My most prized cards would be: 1) Mickey Mantle 1958 Topps (Graded SGC 60) 2) Ernie Banks 2005 Topps Heritage Autograph 3) Roy Oswalt 2006 Sweet Spot Glove Autograph I'm also a big fan of the Topps Heritage and Topps Allen & Ginter sets. My Arizona D-Backs collection is now upwards of 2,000 cards, including about 25 autographs....

If you sent this to Flickr for an enlargement, they would recommend no larger than 11x15, which would translate into 11x14 in a conventional size. That is determined by the ppi of the original image using 150 ppi as the minimum recommended resolution.
